Psychosocial Support and Skill Development Assistance to IDPS of Bajaur
While treating patients our teams found in Palosa IDP Camp Charsadda that many of the IDPs were in shock and exhibiting behavior typical of stress-induced trauma, as a result Relief International initiated Psychosocial support for the females and children. A total number of 100 sessions were conducted with approximately 1500 women and 500 children during two months time period. RI started a skill development and training pilot project for Youth in Palosa IDP Camp Charsadda. RI provided skills training to 100 children (male and female) in following different categories.
